I call Toronto home, but I tend to leave as often as possible. Don’t get me wrong – I love this city. I love my family, I love my friends, and I love spending time together whether we’re in the backyard or collecting passport stamps gallivanting around the world. I like to consider myself a global citizen. Traveling, meeting new people, trying new foods, and experiencing new cultures feeds my soul. While it might drain my wallet, getting comfortable feeling uncomfortable somehow makes me feel richer.
I’m passionate about people. As a strategy consultant in IBM’s Talent & Change practice, I focus on using leading edge change strategies to help organizations to realize the value in major business transformations. I believe people change business, and together we can change the world.
Starting in September 2014, I’ll be spending a month in Jamshedpur, India with a team of talented IBMers from all around the world, where we’ll be working on a pro-bono consulting assignment with IBM’s Corporate Service Corps program.
I’m super excited! And I hope to share this journey with you.
